Port Authority Police Command
The Ports Authority Police Command is charged with the responsibility of providing and maintaining security in the Nation Ports. The Command is made up of two Area Commands: Western Ports with its headquarters at Apapa Quays and the Eastern Ports Area Command with its headquarters at Port Harcourt. The Command headquarters is situated at the NPA House, Marina Lagos. The officers and men of the Command succeeded in bringing criminal activities to their barest minimum during the period under review. Highlighted below are some of the major activities and success recorded in the Command in the year 2012.
